Formed in 1993, the company benefits from employing its own skilled craftsmen and always believes in putting the customer first.

The company is involved in all aspects of building, from new housing developments, commercial and industrial projects, extensions, renovations and barn conversions.

RJH Building Construction’s reputation is widespread and is built on customer satisfaction and covers approximately a 25 mile radius including Nottingham, Ashby, Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Hinckley, Leicester, Lutterworth, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray and Loughborough.

Over the years we have been involved in many aspects of building works and as early as 1994 we successfully completed a major refurbishment at Loughborough Crematorium. Many projects and renovations later, we have gone from strength to strength. Our expertise, customer service, duty of care and client base is testimony to our achievements.

Recent projects include alterations at St John The Baptist Church, North Street, Whitwick Leicestershire, which is a Grade II Listed Building; a swimming pool and changing rooms complex and associated building work at Scraptoft; a substantial alteration and  refurbishment to a residential property at Thrussington; 14 homes at Toton in Nottinghamshire; 14 apartments in Barrow upon Soar; 8 houses in Sileby; time-critical extensions over the summer holidays at the independent schools in Market Bosworth (Dixie) and Twycross; two commercial office units at Cadley and major extensions to the RSPCA HQ in Leicester.

Currently major extensions are well advanced at Campbell Scientific Ltd. near Loughborough and work has recently started on a large (6000 square feet/560 square metre), high specification detached house near Moira.

RJH Building Construction Ltd. carries out work for local councils and Charnwood Borough Council has engaged us to carry out work for their clients and we intend to maintain this link and build upon it.

From the Managing Director through all personnel in the RJH offices we are always available to provide first class contact and commitment and, hopefully, an ever-ready solution to questions, queries and any potential problems.
